9jaDirect allows business to choose amongst two standardised cancellation policies (Cool-off period, and Strict period) that we enforce to protect business when subscribed. A business’s cancellation policy can be found in the Prices & Plaining section of Add Business page on 9jaDirect.com. Business must agree to the our cancellation policy when they make a subscription.

Cool-off period. Provided you subscribe less than three days after or before the registration of your business listing, you can cancel your subscription, no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 80% of any charges.

Strict Period. Best for those whose plans are unlikely to change. If you cancel within 14 days after the registration of your business listing, we will refund 50% of your subscription. If you cancel after two weeks of the registration of your business listing, we can’t refund your booking.
